This privacy policy applies to the mobile games published by Furkan Parlak under the name Quartz Games (the "Apps"). The Apps are provided free of charge and are supported by ads. This page explains what information is collected when you use the Apps and how it is used.

Information we collect

The Apps do not ask you for personal information such as your name, e-mail address or phone number. Game progress and settings are stored on your device and are not collected by us.

Third-party services

The Apps use third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system version, and usage and crash statistics. These services process the information under their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Unity

Advertising

Ads in the Apps are served by the advertising services listed above. They may use your device's advertising ID to show ads and measure their performance. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device's settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads on some devices).

Log data

If an error occurs in an App, data about it (log data) may be collected through the third-party services above. Log data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App, the time and date of use and other statistics.

Security

We use commercially acceptable means to protect information, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its processing. To use these rights, contact us at the address below.

Children's privacy

The Apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated.
